2 .  DEMO & PROPOSAL

We showcase Odoo’s key features and demonstrate how the selected apps can solve your specific challenges. From there, you receive a tailored proposal with a clear project plan, including objectives, scope, timeline, resources, and costs to ensure a successful implementation.

3 .  IMPLEMENTATION

Structured in phases based on the company's priorities, with each phase thoroughly tested before go-live to ensure a successful integration. 1 to 1 interviews on site, weekly status calls provide full visibility, keeping the ERP project on track and aligned with your business goals.

4 .  TRAININGS

Each configuration will be carefully documented in your knowledge app in your own data base. The trainings will be carrefully planned with the SPOC to make sure the software will be adopted as best possible.  

5 .  GO-LIVE

We offer continuous support to ensure your success long after implementation. As belgians, we have a direct contact to the editor.
