How long does an Odoo implementation take?
For SMEs between 10 and 250 employees, the average is 2 to 4 months from audit to go-live. Simpler projects (e-commerce + inventory) ship in 2 months, full industrial MRP projects sit closer to 4. We work in phases: each tested before moving on.
What's the typical price range?
Odoo Standard license starts around €2k–€8k/year for SMEs. Our implementation ranges from €20k to €100k depending on scope. We always provide a detailed proposal after the free audit - no surprises, no hidden fees. Live access to our timesheets throughout the project.
Do you work on-site or only remote?
For Northern Portugal clients (Greater Porto, Braga, Aveiro, Viana, Guimarães), we visit during the audit phase at no extra cost. For clients further afield in Portugal, we visit at key milestones. Outside PT, we run hybrid (remote-first, on-site for go-live).
What if Odoo isn't right for us?
We tell you candidly during the free audit. About 30% of first calls end with us recommending another solution (Zoho for very small teams, SAP for listed groups, etc.). We'd rather lose a client than deliver a project that doesn't fit.
What happens after go-live?
