Yes, free. 30 minutes, no commitment, no payment. We use it to understand your business and tell you candidly whether Odoo fits. If it does not, we will point you to a better option.

How long until you get back to me?

Within 24 business hours. Usually faster, most calls are scheduled or answered the same day. If you wrote us on a weekend, expect a reply by Monday morning at the latest.

We already have Odoo. Can you still help?

Absolutely, about 30% of our work is helping companies who already run Odoo. Common cases: migrating to a newer version, performance audits, rescuing a stalled implementation from a previous partner, or building custom modules.

Do you actually visit our site, or is everything remote?

For Northern Portugal clients (Greater Porto, Braga, Aveiro, Viana, Guimaraes), we visit during the audit phase at no extra cost. For clients further afield in Portugal, we visit at key milestones. Outside PT, we run hybrid (remote-first, on-site for go-live and major checkpoints).

What size of company do you work with?

Our sweet spot is SMEs from 10 to 250 employees, companies big enough to need real ERP discipline, small enough to make decisions fast. We also work with startups scaling past 5 people who want to get the foundations right early.

What languages do you work in?

Portuguese, English, French, Dutch. Meetings, documentation, training, your choice. Most of our PT clients run in PT. International clients often run in EN with PT-specific bits (SAFT-PT, invoicing) handled in PT.
